Preparing complex contract data for a new workspace.

The challenge

AI-extracted contract information needed validation, consistent formatting, and alignment with the destination system. Relationships between master service agreements, statements of work, and amendments also needed repair.

Troy’s role

Advised on preparation for extraction from the original contract files, then completed data validation, mapping, and handover to LawVu. The work included correcting extracted values, standardizing formats, repairing contract relationships, and aligning data with LawVu’s configuration.

Approximately 10,000 counterparties and vendors were uploaded. Validated information included counterparties, client entities, jurisdiction, execution dates, and key clause text covering terms, renewals, fees, and indemnification.

From scattered tools to a working legal function workspace.

The challenge

Legal work was spread across email, spreadsheets, and shared drives, without structured workflows. The team needed a shared workspace and a more consistent way for the business to engage with legal.

Troy’s role

Led requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-launch support. The implementation included business-facing intake and updates, intelligent case routing, automated workflows, standardized SOPs, and naming conventions.

Keeping sales and legal connected through the contract lifecycle.

The challenge

Contract requests originating in Salesforce’s custom Contracts object needed to reach LawVu, with legal status and revised agreements available back in Salesforce.

Owned requirements, solution design, Workato development, testing, and deployment of the bidirectional integration.
